QuickBooks windows suddenly appear in "black & white" and every other line is unreadable. Display issue only appears in QuickBooks windows.
Issue:
Possible corruption of DLL files in QuickBooks install directory.
Solution:
- Close QuickBooks completely (may need to force quit QBwin32.exe)
- Run the reboot.bat file as Administrator - C:\Program Files (x86)\Intuit\QuickBooks 2016\reboot.bat
- Restart the computer
